Forever frustrated with the poor technical abilities of candidates sent by sales based recruitment businesses, Nathan could see a big opportunity to do Accounting & finance recruitment better. Rather than being sprayed with CVs from sales people who had no underlying understanding of the accounting roles in which they were tasked to fill, he setup a recruitment business where the consultants are experts in their field first and recruiters second. Our consultants have in depth knowledge of the roles they recruit leading to superior outcomes for our clients.
