My Goal: To apply my leadership training by identifying potential organizational challenges, devise strategies for how to overcome them, then coach and mentor your team to success. With over 13 years of experience as a driven business professional, my focus has centered on leadership character, attitudes and behavior, talent development, project management prioritization, and organizational effectiveness. My number one career focus, in nonprofit and for-profit sectors, is organizational health, determining the ‘why’ behind a healthy versus unhealthy workplace culture and working with those culture members to implement the necessary positive changes to improve company-wide morale and performance. Through managerial and HR experience in fintech, medical, retail, and grief care industries, I have developed a sincere passion for people-centered progress, instilling situational and servant leadership, effective communication, and high-performance teamwork. I am driven by creating personal connections, analytical problem-solving for continuous improvement, and transitioning strategy into execution to improve corporate health and wellness through focused training and one-on-one sessions along with in-depth follow-up, analysis, and developmental programs built for accountability.
