Throughout my childhood, big gatherings were a standard: Having family & friends around over the weekend, lots of food, kids playing and music in the background are some of my fondest memories. Creating an opportunity like this for my family was of great importance to me and so Thyme Out Jozi started with a vision of being a prominent local icon in the culture of craft food markets
