My name is Dr. Steven Glasser. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in Minnesota and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with 12 years of counseling experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including substance use, body image, eating habits, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and relationships. The client and therapist work together to explore one’s concerns and questions. As the therapist I will offer insight as well for the client to choose a path that best suits their needs to find solutions and move forward to a healthier way of living. I will challenge your thoughts at times, but in a non-confrontational manner and with empathy. My approach also combines cognitive-behavioral, positive psychology, and a humanistic approach to facilitate self-awareness that empowers you to lead your best life, beyond just your emotional health.
