De bewoners regelen hun Tiny House van ontwerp, vergunning tot bouw en zijn eigenaren van hun eigen Tiny House. De grond is van de initiatiefnemers.
De bewoners en initiatiefnemers nemen deel in een bewoners community, Samen zorgen ze voor aanleg en het onderhoud van de voedseltuin en voor het beheer van het gemeenschappelijke gebouw. Het gemeenschappelijk gebouw is bedoeld om elkaar te ontmoeten, je kunt er de was doen en spullen die je niet zo vaak nodig hebt zijn daar aanwezig om te delen. Het totale perceel is 4.400 m2 groot. Als bewoner heb je een eigen perceel van 100 m2 waarvan je maximaal 50 m2 mag bebouwen.
De Gemeente Peel en Maas heeft een omgevingsvergunning voor 15 jaar verleend in de herfst van 2024.
