חזון "המטופל במרכז" שמנהיג משרד הבריאות לצד ארגוני בריאות ברחבי העולם משמש אקסיומה בעולמות הטיפול. לצד גישה זו, בטיפולי התגבשה ההבנה שהדרך לאיכות טיפול וזמינות ומענה רגשי ראוי טמונה ברווחת המטפל.
כיום, טיפולי מספקת מענה כוללני לתחום התפתחות הילד דרך ענפי טיפול שונים: גני תקשורת, יחידות התפתחותיות, בתי ספר, טיפולי אונליין, טיפולי בית ועוד.
בטיפולי עובדים היום כ- 700 מטפלים פרא רפואיים ביניהם:
מרפאים בעיסוק, קלינאי תקשורת, פסיכולוגים, עובדים
סוציאליים, מטפלים בהבעה ויצירה, פסיכיאטרים, מנתחי
התנהגות ופיזיותרפיסטים, כולם בעלי רישיונות בתוקף מטעם
