قبل از تأسیس رسمی گروه صنعتی پوشاک تیوا در سال ۸۹، مجموعه ای متشکل از دانش آموختگان دانشگاه های معتبر داخلی فاز تحقیقاتی تأسیس یک مجموعه تولید پوشاک را کلید زدند. پس از گذشت حدود دو سال فعالیت تئوریک در زمینه تکنولوژی تولید، سیستم های کنترل های کیفیت، بازار سنجی و…. در نهایت مجموعه ای به نام تیوا با حدود ۳۰ نفر پرسنل پا به عرصه فعالیت های تجاری گذاشت، پس از گذشت کمتر از هفت سال از تأسیس مجموعه، تیوا با فعالیت در زمینه های مختلف در حوزه پوشاک مدارس و همکاری با برند های معتبر داخلی و خارجی و با حدود ۴۵۰ نفر پرسنل، به یکی از بزرگترین کارخانه های تولید پوشاک در ایران تبدیل شده است. با وجود مقاومت های اقشار عمومی در راه ورود کارخانه های صنعتی و محصولات تراز اول حوزه پوشاک دانش آموزی، تیوا امروز توانمند است ضمن همکاری با بیش از ۲۵۰ مدرسه در کشور گامی موثر در جهت اصلاح فرهنگ پوشاک دانش آموزی و ایجاد اهمیت در این حوزه بردارد.
