TK Skids began in 2016 with an idea to make installing natural gas compressors easier and more affordable. We now have 2 patents for our "All-in-One" skid designs. Our goal is to help sustain operations in a low commodity priced environment by providing the most simple and cost effective compressor station design for the market. Since 2016 we have completed detailed designs for our modular skid systems, secured multiple patents, and we have 15 of our skids installed with a capacity of >35,000 HP of compression and 160 MMSCFD of dehydration. Our skids are in operation and they are working well. The innovative "All-in-One" skid systems provide one skid per compressor installation. Depending on your application our skids can support compressors sized up to ~2,900 HP (CAT-3608). Two currently operating designs are the "Expansion" and "Turnkey" skid systems. The "Turnkey" skid system is designed to be installed on your well pad (or smallest available site). This skid system includes everything needed to process your gas - including dehydration. A very useful design feature is that the "Turnkey" skid system can be used for initial well free flow and then, when well pressures decline, the same skid is used for compression by simply opening and closing a couple of valves. The "Expansion" skid system is designed for a multi-compressor site. You can now economically start production with a single compressor and simply add one skid per added compressor as gas volumes grow. Start making returns with a smaller drilling program and only pay for future capacity when you are actually ready to use it. Our Customer metrics show that the "Expansion" skid system costs less than HALF of their historical compressor facility costs (using a sampling of approximately 140,000 HP of installed compression).
