In 1974, TMP Consulting Engineers (Alberta) Ltd. began as the local branch of Toronto based firm, The Mitchell Partnership Inc. and was incorporated as an Alberta business in 1993.
Since then, we have gained a reputation for paying close attention to clients' needs, adherence to pre-determined budgets and close contact with the mechanical trades to ensure conformance of the final installation to the design intent. As a result, we have participated in the design of 30 major office building projects, totaling over 15 million square feet of office and retail space in downtown Calgary alone.
We are retained by several building owners as base building mechanical engineer, performing all building system and tenant improvement engineering services. We take pride in our ability to build and maintain relationships with major tenants and building owners in this competitive environment by providing cost effective services.
Our close association with the construction and building operations components of our industry provides valuable feedback, giving our staff unique insight into the effectiveness of their efforts and allowing them to continuously upgrade their familiarity with, and understanding of, our increasingly complex specialty.
