Together Human ist ein Schweizer Verein, der sich für bedürftige Menschen weltweit einsetzt. Die Schwerpunkte unserer Arbeit liegen auf nachhaltiger Hilfe für Geflüchtete und Kinder.
2015 gegründet, widmet sich Together Human den folgenden Zielen:
Der direkten humanitären Hilfe
Together Human hilft von Krieg, Hunger und Leid vertriebenen Menschen . Dazu entwickeln wir zusammen mit Partnerorganisationen Projekte in verschiedenen Ländern. Unser Markenzeichen sind dabei selbstgemachte Strickwaren, welche unsere Community herstellt. Wie wir oft beweisen konnten, spenden liebevoll selbstgestrickte Mützen, Schals oder Puppen neben physischer auch emotionale Wärme. Zurzeit sind wir vor allem in Südosteuropa und dem Nahen Osten aktiv (z.B. Kroatien, Griechenland, Jordanien, Libanon und im Irak).
Der Aufklärung / Sensibilisierung
Kindern in der Schweiz soll eine differenzierte Sichtweise über schwierige Themen wie Konflikte, Fluchtbewegungen oder das Asylwesen vermittelt werden. Dazu gehen wir an Schulen, arbeiten mit Klassen zusammen und erarbeiten ein Kinderbuch.
Neu engagieren wir uns zudem im Bereich Integration in der Schweiz.
