Voor ons betekent dat dat wij er voortdurend voor zorgen op de hoogte te zijn van de laatste wet- en regelgeving. Maar dat houdt voorál in dat wij een oprechte interesse hebben in mensen, in hun leven. Wat beweegt hen? Wat is belangrijk voor hun? Want door de combinatie van kennis en interesse in je cliënt kun je een goed advies geven en zaken op zo’n manier afwikkelen die bij die cliënt, zijn leven, zijn situatie en ambities past. Dichtbij zijn dus.
Heldere taal
En als je het hebt over ‘vol vertrouwen’ en ‘dichtbij zijn’, dan heb je het ook over duidelijke, heldere taal. Complexe materie vertalen naar begrijpelijke begrippen.
