We are also outfitted with a full set of inspection instruments for electrical, mechanical, temperature and environmental performance. Our cables and optic cables have been approved by mainland China's TLC Approval Center, and we have received a network access license from mainland China's Broadcasting Bureau, General Staff Headquarters and National Telecommunications Authority.
