Zo bestaat er bij Toonn Ervaring geen wachtlijst en kun je anoniem je verhaal doen via de chat, hulplijn of het contactformulier op onze website. Ten alle tijden leggen wij de aandacht op cliëntregie, jij bepaalt het tempo en de manier waarop je het prettig vindt om te praten over wat jou overkwam. Dit geld ook voor naaste en betrokkenen.
Een ander belangrijk speerpunt van Toonn Ervaring is het bijdragen aan het doorbreken van de taboesferen rondom het onderwerp seksueel misbruik. Wij doen dit door het inzetten van campagnes, voorlichtingen, podcasts, video’s, interviews en elke overige kans die zich aanbiedt tot het aanwakkeren van de maatschappelijke discussie.
Wij dragen graag bij aan het doorbreken van taboes met de reden dat op deze manier stigmatisering in de samenleving steeds verder verdwijnt. Het resultaat, zelfstigmatisering kan er niet langer voor zorgen dat slachtoffers zich schamen en zichzelf de schuld blijven geven van wat hen is overkomen. Zo wordt seksueel misbruik eerder bespreekbaar en kunnen we in een vroeger stadium onze slachtoffers bereiken en ondersteunen.
Naast onze bereikbaarheid voor slachtoffers en naasten verzorgt Toonn Ervaring voorlichtingen, trainingen en lezingen voor professionals en hulpverleners.
