Wat zijn Human Skills?
Human skills (ook wel soft skills genoemd) gaan over je persoonlijkheid en je karakter. Het zijn de persoonlijkheidskenmerken die je maken tot wie je bent. Het geeft je manier van werken weer, alleen, in teams of in je bedrijf. Voorbeelden van human skills zijn leiderschap, flexibiliteit, sterk in communicatie, feedback geven & nemen, time management, prioriteit stelling en empathie.
Deze vaardigheden ontwikkel je doorheen je leven en worden bijgeslepen in moeilijke situaties. De human skills zijn dus enorm belangrijk voor een fijne (werk)omgeving.
Als techneut mag ik samenwerken met andere techneuten, technische teams en tech bedrijven in ontwikkeling van hun human skills.
Humans skills als Effectief Communiceren, Feedback geven en ontvangen, Time Management, Team Dynamieken en optimalisatie in samenwerking met behulp van DISC.
