Total Flow Inc. (TFI), has been providing environmental consulting services to both government and private-sector clients since the company began with water and wastewater engineering work in 2005. Our staff also has completed numerous sampling studies for the County of Alameda, EPA, Navy, various communities, and industries for NPDES permits and industrial loading into the sewers.
