2011 elején kezdtünk el egy olyan szolgáltatást nyújtani Budapesten, mely akkoriban hazánkban még viszonylag újnak számított. Az eredeti ötlet egyszerű volt: megreformálva a csoportos kirándulásokat, az idegenvezető egy vezeték nélküli mikrofon segítségével kalauzolja a vendégeit, akik egy fülhallgató segítségével minden egyes szót tisztán hallhatnak, menet közben, hangos tereken, még nagyobb távolságból is.
Mára e idegenvezetői rendszerek annyira elterjedtek a legtöbb országban, hogy nehéz is elképzelni milyen fárasztóak voltak egykoron a városnéző séták: az idegenvezetőnek kiabálnia kellett, hogy hallja őt a csoport, az utasoknak tolakodniuk kellett, hogy hallják az idegenvezető szavát, és a múzeumok zajosabbak voltak, mint a piacok.
2017 elején saját márkát indítottunk Budapesten, és ettől kezdve TourGuideSystem.hu néven működünk tovább. Készülékeink, csapatunk, és szolgáltatásunk színvonala azonban továbbra továbbra is a régi!
