Momenteel heeft bijna 12% van de kinderen tussen de 4 en 17 jaar overgewicht, waarvan 2,7% obesitas. Dit moet natuurlijk anders! Daarom zet de TrainMore Foundation zich in om méér kinderen, méér laten bewegen. Niet alleen voor nu, maar voor altijd; alsof wij een print maken in hun DNA. We willen kinderen die regelmatig sporten de norm laten zijn en zetten in op een duurzame algemene leefstijlverbetering. Op naar een nieuwe generatie sportieve kinderen!
We geloven in samenwerken, partnerships en een integrale aanpak. Daarom ondersteunen wij andere partijen die onze missie met ons delen; financieel en/of met onze kennis, expertise en ons landelijk netwerk op het gebied van sport en fitness.
De TrainMore Foundation is een initiatief van de founders van fitnessketen TrainMore: Han Doorenbosch en Marojolijn Meijer. Wat de TrainMore Foundation uniek maakt is dat de leden van TrainMore een belangrijke bijdrage leveren op basis van hun sportprestaties. Sporten zij 10x (of meer) per maand, dan gaat er 1 euro van hun contributie naar de TrainMore Foundation. Op deze manier bewegen we samen de jeugd!
