Es entstehen neue Berufsprofile, künftig erforderliche Qualifikationen sind oft noch nicht bekannt, die Fachkräftegewinnung wird zusehends schwieriger. Damit dieser Wandel gelingt fördert das Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie (BMWE) Transformationsnetzwerke in ganz Deutschland.
In der Region Regensburg übernehmen die beiden Cluster „Mobility & Logistics“ und „Sensorik“ den Aufbau eines Transformationsnetzwerkes. Unter dem Motto „Fit für die Zukunft werden“ bieten wir zahlreiche neue Qualifizierungs-, Kooperations- und Vernetzungsangebote zur Sicherung der Fachkräfte in der Region. Mit unseren Aktivitäten adressieren wir auch das Ziel des Freistaats Bayern bis 2040 klimaneutral zu sein. Das Thema „Nachhaltigkeit“ hat daher besonderen Stellenwert in transform.r.
