Transform is a non-profit NGO dedicated to working in the field of preventing and responding to violent extremism (P/CVE). Transform is part of several EU projects dedicated to enhancing the P/CVE field through developing and disseminating training, equipping educators to respond to polarization in classrooms, developing risk assessment and program evaluation tools, strengthening CSOs in the P/CVE field, and responding to violent extremism.

The Transform team:
📍 Robert Örell is the director and a co-founder of Transform. As a senior specialist in the field of preventing- and countering violent extremism (P/CVE), he has over two decades of experience working in the field of disengagement from violent extremism and organised criminal gangs.
📍 Dr. Susanna Z. Papp is a project manager and co-founder of Transform. She is a psychologist, trainer, and lecturer in the fields of capacity building in communication, conflict management, and restorative practices.
📍 Ola Saleh is a senior advisor and co-founder of Transform. She is an independent peace and gender responsive security expert. Her practice covers advice, research, training, process design and facilitation in the areas of Inclusive Peace mediation, Gender-responsive security, transformative Leadership in peacebuilding contexts, and Women, Peace and Security.
Transform´s international expert pool:
📍 Håkan Järvå is a licensed psychologist from Sweden. He has been working on the issues of radicalization and cults since 2005, mainly on a practical level in both deradicalization work and preventive work.
📍 Angela Antonova is an International Expert in PVE. Angela is a Member of the Steering Committee EU RAN/co-leader of RAN Families Communities and Social Care Working Group.
