Transmitt revalidatie is een nieuwe naam in revalidatieland, ontstaan uit een samenwerking tussen Aafje en Fundis en gevestigd op een mooie groene locatiein het pand de State Hillegersberg in Rotterdam. Hoewel het een nieuwe organisatie is, kan zij bogen op meer dan 10 jaar ervaring in neurologische revalidatiezorg. Transmitt revalidatie is ontstaan om de expertise en ervaring op het gebied van neurorevalidatie te bundelen en te versterken.
Wij bieden hoogwaardige neurologische revalidatiediensten aan, uitgevoerd door zeer hoog gekwalificeerd en vakbekwaam personeel. Bij Transmitt revalidatie werken allemaal mensen met een passie voor het vak. Al onze verpleegkundigen zijn geschoold op niveau 4 en/of hebben de Rotterdam Stroke Service (RSS) revalidatiescholing.
