Most recently, we led the first Lean 6S Kaizen Event for a Client organization and created and facilitated Lean Concept Training (8 Wastes & 6S); a second event has been scheduled. For another Client, we serve as the Senior DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) Consultant to implement an FDA compliant, Pharmaceutical Serialization program within a privately-held Wholesale Distribution (medical supply and pharmaceuticals) organization.
