Role Fulfillment (% Fee - 12% - Negotiable for Multiple Vacancies
At Trigon we aim to fully understand not only your role requirements and what your ideal candidate looks like but also to fully understanding your business culture and values. We will work with you to ensure we attract only the best and most suitable candidates and ensure that only the right candidates are put forward. We will do all of the work for you including setting up the interviews, sourcing and sifting candidates and manage the offer process. Rates are 12% but can be negotiated for multiple vacancy fulfillment.
Recruitment & Attrition - Management Consultancy (Day Rate: Negotiable)
Working with organisations on a consultancy basis on projects surrounding recruitment and attrition issues. Managing projects to seek understanding for the root cause of the issues through a variety of techniques. A cost-effective way for businesses to have an external, non-biased and objective oversight into challenges they maybe facing, offering detailed analysis and constructive proposed solutions.
