Booking a holiday package is a nightmare for most travellers with no one point shop where options can be compared across standard templates, with an assurance on delivery. So while there are plentiful sites with hotel, travel and information on travel experiences, a comparator site does not exist.
Started in January 2015, Tripshelf is an online marketplace for leisure travellers to discover, compare & buy the best holiday packages from unlimited tour operators. A Delhi based technology startup connecting tour operators with travellers looking for holiday packages. We aim to bring the 50,000+ medium size tour operators in India online by giving them access to the online traveller with a set of specialised tools that enable the tour operator to transact online efficiently. We are doing this through automation, NLP based chat bots, machine learning, customer intelligence to calculate customer willingness scores, algorithmic online marketing and a passionate team of travellers.
Current Clients include TUI, Oyo, Flight Shop, Tirun, Ezeego1, and other large and small travel players..
Tripshelf is promoted by IIM Calcutta, BITS Pilani and Sri Ram College of Commerce graduates. The team has more than 50 years of experience in the travel and hospitality business with proven expertise in the start- up space. We are Pre Series A funded, by travel industry veterans.
