From 2017 to 2018 dozens of new ideas and business models had been tested followed by creation a new ambitious growth strategy for next 3 years that includes additional investitions. A variant of not taking income out of a project to re-invest it for a new growth strategy and business scale for 1 year is being considered.
Trud.com is at Startup stage at the moment meaning a minimisation of costs and search for investors. Team efforts to implementation of a new strategy. The core of the Trud team is located in Dnipro, Ukraine with other staff members located in Kyiv and Moscow as well.
