We co-founded Two Truths LLC because we know firsthand how transformational the right mindset and tools can be when it comes to navigating conflict. As a women and veteran-owned business, we specialize in helping individuals and teams shift from reacting to conflict to engaging with it productively—leading to stronger relationships, smarter decisions, and healthier work environments.
Most conflict resolution training jumps straight to tactics: "How do I have this conversation?" But at Two Truths, we take a different approach. We start with self-awareness—helping people understand their emotional triggers, assumptions, and reactions before they even step into a tough conversation. From there, we provide practical strategies to communicate with clarity, listen with intention, and navigate difficult situations with confidence.

How We Got Here:
We’ll be the first to admit—we weren’t always comfortable with conflict. Like many people, we used to avoid it, downplay our feelings, or push through tension without truly addressing the underlying issues. But through our own journeys of building emotional intelligence and learning to engage with conflict rather than fear it, we experienced firsthand how powerful these skills are. Now, we help others do the same.
