Uit Je KOPP is een platform voor Kinderen van Ouders met Psychische Problemen (KOPP). Het kan lastig zijn om op te groeien in een gezin waar mentale gezondheidsproblemen spelen. Daarom biedt Uit Je KOPP een platform voor herkenning, bewustwording, ontmoetingen en informatie.
Onze missie is om het taboe rond mentale gezondheid te doorbreken en KOPP'ers te laten zien dat ze niet alleen zijn. We organiseren bijeenkomsten en workshops, bieden een online community, en delen praktische tips om jongeren te helpen omgaan met hun situatie.
Door verhalen te delen en verbinding te creëren, geven we kracht en hoop. Samen bouwen we aan een toekomst waarin mentale gezondheid bespreekbaar is en iedereen de steun krijgt die het verdient.
