Uncertain Pathfinders (UP) asks us to step outside of our comfort zones with the motto of "Invite Uncertainty, Unlock Possibility." By viewing Uncertainty (with a capital "U") from a perspective of positive psychology, we can leverage it to have a more expansive, rather than limiting, vision of our future.
UP approaches Uncertainty through three primary means of service:
1. Individual or Group Coaching to better understand and leverage the uncertainty in our lives
2. Applied Improv Workshops to provide group experiences to build stronger team dynamics, communication, and psychological safety
3. Non Violent Communication (NVC) to build frameworks for constructive conflict and stronger rapport and cohesion.
UP was launched by Chief Possibility Officer, Jeffrey Schwab, in 2025. As a former tour guide, head of HR, and Chief Learning Officer, Jeffrey uses his diverse professional background and strong record of leading 1-1s and talent development initiatives to work with professionals from all backgrounds to better discover and achieve goals. Jeffrey is co-founder of two bilingual improv groups and is comfortable engaging and working with Uncertainty both on and off the stage.
Although UP is a solopreneurship venture, Jeffrey believes that the title of Uncertain Pathfinders is one that we all own and embody each and everyday. For nothing is certain except Uncertainty. So why not Invite Uncertainty and Unlock Possibility?
Uncertain Pathfinders（UP） 鼓勵我們走出舒適圈，並以「擁抱不確定，解鎖新可能」作為核心信念。當我們從正向心理學的角度來看待那個大寫的「不確定（Uncertainty）」時，它不再是一種阻礙，而是一種可以擴展我們未來視野的力量。
UP 透過三項主要服務，協助人們與不確定性建立新的關係：
個人與團體教練：幫助我們更深刻理解生活中的不確定，並善加運用它
應用即興工作坊：透過互動體驗，建立更強的團隊動能、溝通能力與心理安全感
非暴力溝通（NVC）：建立建設性的衝突處理框架，強化人際連結與團隊凝聚力
UP 於 2025 年由「機會長」Jeffrey Schwab 創立。他曾擔任導遊、人資主管與首席學習長，擁有豐富多元的職涯經歷，以及一對一教練與人才發展的深厚實戰經驗，致力於協助來自各行各業的專業人士探索並實現目標。
Jeffrey 也是兩個雙語即興劇團的共同創辦人，能自在地在舞台上與生活中擁抱不確定，靈活應對各種變化。
