Hey, I’m George Nijmeh—founder of Unstifld, a movement for the socially anxious, hilariously self-aware, and quietly unstoppable.
For most of my life, I was the “quiet one.” The overthinker. The guy running worst-case scenarios in my head while smiling through a staff meeting. Sound familiar?
Unstifld was born from the realization that social anxiety doesn’t mean you’re broken—it just means your brain is running a little extra software. And instead of hiding it, I decided to laugh at it, talk about it, and help others turn that anxiety into power.
I use storytelling, sarcasm, and painfully honest humor to teach real coping tools for people who live in their heads but still want to make an impact in the world.
No toxic positivity. No “manifest your dreams” BS. Just relatable content, dark humor, and strategies that actually work—because I’ve lived them.
I’ve run businesses, led teams, and navigated life while battling the daily chaos in my own brain. Now I’m helping others do the same.
