Upstream is made up of an Indigenous & Cultural Educator, a Leadership expert, a Psychologist, a Military Veteran and an ex Tradesman come Coach. Our team of industry professionals come together with over 75 years of experience in their respective fields. These fields range from professional sport, the military, mining and construction to corporate and not for profit.
The Upstream - Leadership & Cultural Development team believe that through their combined knowledge and experience this program obtains the capacity to create lasting positive change.
We cannot wait to share stories and experiences with you and your team, learn from each other, and assist one another with the goal of positively contributing to our own communities, and the wider community.
