U.S. Capital Fund® syndicates groups of experienced private and institutional accredited investors to finance and provide direct funding for asset based bridge loans secured by deeds of trust on commercial and residential investment real estate, titled industrial equipment, as well as financing secured by U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) registered aircraft.
