UWBX Limited is a UK company specialising in the design of Ethernet Transformers, for the Global Market. In January 2020 we signed a long-term Production and Distribution partnership agreement with HALO Electronics Inc. HALO intends to develop 25/40G (IEEE802.3bq) magnetics as well as galvanic isolated Multi Gig BASE-T1 (up to 10G over a single pair) transformer solutions for next generation high speed Ethernet applications.

In May 2021, HALO announced the world's first commercially available IEEE802.3bq compliant high-speed transformers.
Utilizing the UWBX technology, HALO® has been able to achieve the high-speed performance needed to meet the OCL, Cross Talk, Insertion Loss, Return Loss and CDMR performance required for a fully compliant 25G or 40G Ethernet port over copper cables. This UL recognized product is available for evaluation under non-disclosure agreement (NDA) effective immediately.
In January 2022, HALO announced the worlds first IEEE802.3ch compliant 2.5GBASE-T1 transformers, providing galvanic isolation for those applications requiring a higher level of isolation.
