Our investment capital and our investment funds and portfolios are all capitalized with nxVenture Capital funds. This is advantageous for a number of reasons. nxVenture Capital does not have the pressure that comes with having outside investors. Long-term investment strategy gives way to an emphasis on shorter-term performance returns to satisfy the current outside investors that make up the bulk of their investment capital. An even larger pressure is the pressure to show short-term results as our competitive-set investment management organizations solicit investors to raise fresh funding for new investment funds.
