Die Story über die Gründung von VanDeBord ist flugs erzählt: Gründer Tobias Nottebohm ist Pilot und fliegt interkontinental Airbus Flugzeuge für eine bekannte deutsche Ferienfluglinie. Wiederholt fragten ihn Freunde, ob er ihnen das stylische und robuste Equipment aus Flugzeugen besorgen könne. So, als dürfte der Kapitän am Zielflughafen die beliebten Flugzeugtrolleys und praktischen Bord Boxen einfach mit nach Hause nehmen. So startete 2009 das VanDeBord Projekt zu einem echten Höhenflug.
VanDeBord entwickelt und vermarktet erfolgreich innovative Einrichtungskonzepte mit Luftfahrt-DNA. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt im E-Commerce und die meisten Produkte stammen direkt aus der Luftfahrt und spielen geschickt mit der Leidenschaft für die Fliegerei und Upcycling.
Und die Reise geht immer weiter: Gemeinsam mit der raumvonwert GmbH, dem erfolgreichen Produktdesignbüro aus Frankfurt, stehen wir von der VanDeBord GmbH seit 2022 auch hinter Klapster, der preisgekrönten Raumspartrepppe.
Raumvonwert ist ein junges und stark wachsendes Unternehmen, mit dem wir unseren Standort in Alzenau teilen und eng kooperieren. Zusammen entwickeln wir innovative Lösungen für platzsparendes Wohnen und Arbeiten mit Fokus auf CNC-gefertigten Holzprodukten. Klare Linien und eine erstklassige Verarbeitung zeichnen uns aus.
Hinter VanDeBord steht auch ein echtes Upcycling-Konzept – damit nichts auf der Halde landet. Ausgedientes findet eine neue und langlebige Wiederverwendung. VanDeBord ist weltweit die einzige Manufaktur, die in liebevoller Handarbeit gebrauchte Flugzeugtrolleys in Bartrolleys für Unternehmen und Privaträume verwandelt. Ein weiteres Highlight? Möbel aus ausgemusterten Flugzeugteilen.
Wir legen großen Wert auf ökologisch korrektes Verhalten, Nachhaltigkeit und entsprechend sinnvoll optimierte Geschäftsprozesse.
