Reducing the financial burden - our terms are simple and affordable, a fee of 10% of salary payable in 12 equal instalments, the first 7 days after the candidate starts work, followed by 11 monthly payments.
Reducing the risk – if your new recruit leaves for whatever reason within the first month we will refund any fees paid, if they leave at anytime during the following four months, you simply stop paying the remainder of our fees.

Investment in training and knowledge is vital so that our consultants stay abreast of current regulatory requirements and apply best recruitment practice – ultimately this allows us to achieve the optimal outcome for both employers and candidates.
