Simply put, we are a small and ambitious independent Talent Acquisition consultancy, specialising in Recruitment Management, Employer Brand, Candidate Experience and D&I. We are made up of good honest people who want to be brilliant at what they do and we work with other businesses that think the same way.
You might be a business leader who hasn’t got the time or feel like you haven’t quite got the expertise to do your people things well, or maybe feel like you have made a bit of a hash out of it in the past or you might be another HR professional looking for some additional resource and support.
At Vibrant HR Solutions, we think the “rule book” can appear a bit dull and sometimes dated. Whilst the rules form important foundations in business and HR, growth requires creativity, innovation and passion with a business culture and people that reflect your existing and future vision, values and customers.
Don’t worry, we are not going to throw the rule book out of the window, having worked in regulated environments previously, keeping your business and people stuff safe runs through our blood. We will work with you to really understand your business and find out what makes you tick, and we will use what we learn to come up with practical HR advice and solutions that suit you, meet your business needs and that are specifically created for your business.
Boring but important, we are Chartered MCIPD Level 7 qualified, along with being SHL and Saville Wave Level A & B accredited, and are members of the British Psychology Society, so rest assured we know our onions.
We can work with you on an ad-hoc basis as you need us to, or as an extension of your existing HR or recruitment team.
