VichiQ B.V. is a experimental technology startup with a futuristic idea about spaces, interiors and housing. It wants to develop intelligent furniture products and - services to provide customers with adoptive and easy changeable interiors that are digitally manageable with the click of button or by using voice recognition commands. Furthermore the idea is to enrich present design furniture products and interiors with functional design and digital features so they can easily support multiple room purposes. Finally the vision is to introduce "Pay-per-Use" and "Re-use" service concepts to support the sustainability of our planet. Pre-Acceleration - PreXLR program by Blue Whale Ventures ----------------------------------------------------------------- Apr 2018 - Oct 2018 Eindhoven Area, The Netherlands VichiQ has joined the 100 day PreXLR program on april 16th 2018 and getting to a viable Minimal Viable Product (MVP) as well as a feasible business model remains work in progress. “The PreXLR program helps, within a period of hundred days, to find first clients and proving the commercial feasibility of the startup, without developing a product. It helps to develop solutions that are the answer to current recognizable problems, that are affecting clients daily. In this way, clients will be prepared to purchase the developed products or services. This will form the basis of a sustainable and scalable business model of the startup. The program offers tools like the Experiment Board, Lean Canvas, Business Model Canvas in a structured process to create a viable minimal value proposition and a feasible business model." The program theory promises bright results but the reality is kind of refractory.... although the methods are practical and dynamic. The customer-centric approach of the program is astonishingly refreshing!
