The coming together of VA Africa was inspired by the need to empower young Africans with opportunities to earn an income and grow themselves.
The unemployment situation in Africa is dire, many young people are formally educated but lack opportunities to put their skills to practice and earn a living while at it.
With a combined experience of close to 20 years both in the corporate and business world, the VA Africa founders sought to bridge the skill-opportunity gap by linking talent in Africa with remote job opportunities.
