We currently have 60 warehouses spread across India which is backed by a very strong MIS team / Call Centre Team/ strong field force & robust IT system.
Our Field Force are working tirelessly day in and day out to ensure that the delivery is extremely smooth on the field and the customer gets a wow experience.
We strongly believe that the data is the most important aspect of every business. Hence our strong MIS team always ensures that the data is upto date along with daily reports been sent to end customer.
Since we are working in multiple states , we ensure that our regional call centre team interacts in the local language with the end customer to ensure there is no communication barrier.
We have our own In-house IT system and delivery app through which deliveries are updated on real time basis and sent to our client via API. Geo-cordinates and images are captured as a part of POD ( proof of delivery). Our client gets a portal login through which real time information can be accessed at any time along with MIS reports.
