Vision A Consulting Group is a strategic and operations management consultancy that focuses on helping organizations align and synchronize their overall objectives to strategy and operations. VA was incorporated in 2021 by Founder Joseph Matjie, and Co-Founders Hlamulo Sithole, Mashoto Mogowe and Piet Moselana.
The Company is built on the idea of connecting strategy and operations to help organizations grow. Testing the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, strategies, controls and set key performance indicators. We answer two questions; is it working? How do we make it work better?. In the same breath, we eliminate any gaps, redundancies, bottlenecks, delays, and anything that’s keeping clients from achieving their overall objectives.
