Visions for Children e.V. ist ein gemeinnützig eingetragener Verein aus Hamburg. Seit 2006 engagieren wir uns für die Verbesserung der Lernbedingungen und Bildungsqualität an Schulen in Krisen- und Kriegsgebieten.
Unsere Vision ist eine Welt, in der jedes Kind lesen und schreiben kann.
Gemäß dem vierten Nachhaltigkeitsziel der „2030 Agenda“ – Gewährleistung einer gerechten und hochwertigen Bildung – wollen wir mit unseren Projekten die Zustände nachhaltig verbessern. Wir setzen dabei in unseren aktuellen Projektländern Afghanistan und Uganda auf die Ausstattung von Schulen und schaffen einen Mindeststandard an schulischer Infrastruktur. So erzeugen wir für die Schüler*innen eine zumutbaren Lernstätte und damit die Rahmenbedingungen für eine solide Grundbildung.
