Founded in 1994, Vispera Limited designs and delivers training within IT, core skills, leadership, and management as well as undertaking 1-1 and group Executive coaching and mentoring.
These programs are delivered face to face or virtually, either as ‘open’ standard classes for individuals encouraging cross company collaboration sharing ideas and issues; or bespoke programs delivered on site, designed to align with strategic business goals and Key Performance Indicators, whilst also carrying out individual training needs analysis (TNA) to promote individual learning.
We have excellent experience of all sectors and business sizes, and skills to challenge, motivate and question senior representatives. We excel in being able to take a helicopter view of an organisation, draw out key strategic goals and develop strong business plans for all areas of the business, whether that be service or product-based companies. Practical action driven programs of learning are then developed, upskilling participants, and promoting cross-team think tanks which deliver tangible results for the business.
More recently we have been highly successful delivering ‘Peer to Peer’ Programs to groups of ambitious MDs. These challenging programs use Action Learning Sets to encourage peer support, guidance, and collaboration to drive future growth for the businesses all underpinned with 1-1 Executive Coaching.
