De Vloerenwinkel is een familiebedrijf waarbij enthousiasme en expertise centraal staan. In 1930 zijn de grondbeginselen van het bedrijf ontstaan. Hierbij is onze overgrootvader in de crisisjaren op de boot gestapt naar Amerika. Met de opgedane kennis kwam hij weer terug in Nederland en begon hij in 1935 met het importen van houten producten uit Amerika. In de jaren die volgden is dit uitgebreid naar een Doe-het-zelf winkel in het oude noorden, Rotterdam. In 2003 is hieruit de Vloerenwinkel ontstaan. In de tussenliggende jaren is dit uitgegroeid tot een begrip in de Vloerenbranche. Ondernemen en innoveren zit in ons bloed, inmiddels bijna 100 jaar later dan de 1e generatie staat de 4e generatie al voor u klaar.
