The Management Advisory Board of Students (MABS) is a Pamplin organization and leadership team dedicated to enhancing the academic and professional experience for the 600+ Management students at Virginia Tech. Comprised of representatives from diverse student organizations, MABS is the liaison between the Management Department and the student body, offering valuable feedback, insights, and recommendations to improve learning and development opportunities.
Our mission is to empower students by providing a direct channel for their voices to be heard, helping shape the future of the Management program. By collaborating closely with faculty and department leaders, MABS ensures that student concerns, ideas, and aspirations are brought to the forefront, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment for all.
