De Vakbond Voetbal Oefenmeesters Nederland (VVON) is dé vakbond van voetbaltrainers in Nederland. Met meer dan 4000 leden zijn wij een factor om rekening mee te houden in het hedendaagse voetballandschap.
Sinds 1946 behartigt de VVON de belangen van voetbaltrainers in Nederland. Leden ontvangen hulp en advies bij het aangaan van een arbeidsovereenkomst, bemiddeling bij arbeidsconflicten en professionele rechtsbijstand bij op non-actief stelling/ontslag en bij een arbitragezaak.
De VVON ziet het als haar taak de kennis van haar leden voortdurend te verbeteren.
Daarnaast ziet de VVON het als haar taak de kennis van haar leden voortdurend te verbeteren en op een hoger plan te brengen. Dat doet zij door het organiseren van bijscholingen (studiedagen, congressen en symposia) het aanbieden van online oefenstof (video’s) en de uitgave van het magazine “De TrainerCoach”.
Bestuur VVON
Het bestuur van de VVON bestaat uit een voorzitter, penningmeester en secretaris. Daarnaast zijn er in de zes VVON-districten districtcoördinatoren en districtsvertegenwoordigers beschikbaar voor advies en het beantwoorden van al uw vragen. Deze coördinatoren en vertegenwoordigers zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar en kunnen direct hulp bieden indien noodzakelijk.
