We raakten al snel overtuigd van de voordelen van wasstrips. Zelf hebben we zo’n anderhalf jaar een wasstrip-abonnement gehad. Het product was precies wat we zochten: elke maand via de brievenbus geleverd en geen grote plastic flessen meer in huis.
Maar al snel ontdekten we iets schokkends…
Bijna alle wasstrips op de Nederlandse markt worden geproduceerd in China. Sommige bestellingen worden zelfs rechtstreeks vanuit China naar Nederland verzonden.
Dat moest anders!
We vinden wasstrips een fantastische uitvinding, maar we geloven dat de productie dichter bij huis kan. Dus gingen we op zoek naar producenten in Europa. De zoektocht naar de perfecte producent was niet eenvoudig. Maanden gingen voorbij, maar uiteindelijk hadden we een producent gevonden die ons geschikt leek!
Het resultaat? Erik wist ons volledig te overtuigen. Waarom? Zijn visie is geweldig. Hij is vastbesloten om écht duurzaam te produceren en werkt uitsluitend met ingrediënten uit Europa. Dit geldt ook voor de verpakkingen, die in Slowakije worden geproduceerd.
