We enable landlords to offer their residents cash back rewards for things like paying rent on time, renewing a lease, or engaging in a community event, along with deals from local and online merchants. Landlords get happier residents, increased leasing velocity, and higher tenant retention. Renters get a way to build equity by paying rent. Neighborhood businesses get local, sustained traffic. Our vision is a more equitable housing model for 100mm+ renters, landlords, and neighborhood businesses. The company is seed stage, based in New York, and backed by VCs from both coasts, including Ulu Ventures, Antler VC, New Lab Ventures, The MBA Fund, and Switch VC.
