Nurses within the cancer sector are facing high levels of pressure due to the significant lack of staff available in their field. Yet recruitment agencies typically don’t specialise, meaning they’re often forced to send underqualified nurses to care for cancer patients. And stretched healthcare providers are forced to accept them. One in two people born after 1960 will be diagnosed with cancer - and we want to be part of the solution to improve the care provided by this daunting disease.
