• Initiator and curator of the implementation of Web3 technologies in government programs;
• Develop and maintain partnership networks between residents and foreign projects and investors;
• Initiate tokenization and digitalization of businesses and non-commercial projects;
• Form a university with an educational mission in order to make the Web3 industry as simple as possible for the majority of Ukrainians.

• Create an institute for research and testing of prototypes of the interaction of various areas of development:

— Blockchain technologies
— Industrial and applied engineering
— Quantum computing systems
• Lobbying government blockchain staking programs and grant projects for citizens of Ukraine at all levels (children, pensions, and others);
