Seit mehr als hundert Jahren ist die Familie Vogel mit Südtirol und seinen Weinen verbunden. Urgrossvater Oskar Vogel (1877-1956) baute für das damals bedeutende Bozner Weinhaus Cembran den Schweizer Absatzmarkt auf. Zunächst von Buchs SG, ab 1924 von Zürich aus. Sein Sohn Georg (1909-1996) gründete 1934 die Weinimportfirma in Zürich, welche auch heute noch seinen Namen trägt. 1969 trat dessen Sohn Marco in die Firma ein und seit 2007 ist mit Sebastian die vierte Generation im Weinhandel mit Südtirol & Italien & Österreich tätig.
Die Firma Weinvogel SA führt Weine aus hauptsächlich aus den Anbaugebieten des Südtirols und sowie eine Auswahl an Weinen aus Italien und Österreich. Solide Verbindungen zu bewährten Spitzenproduzenten garantieren authentische Weine mit unverkennbarem Terroir-Charakter. Da die Familie Vogel auf dem Premstallerhof in St. Magdalena bei Bozen selber Rebbau betreibt, werden die Partner und ihre Weine mit Sachverstand ausgesucht.
