Well-Balanced Performance (WBP) is a highly confidential, boutique coaching service born from a passion for helping others increase their self-awareness, maximise their potential and improve their overall wellbeing. We recognise and understand that when we struggle to reach our best, it's often not from a lack of technical skills or abilities but rather from self-imposed barriers and limitations that show up in our attitudes and behaviours. Our raison d'être is to help develop ‘warriors’ ─ sporting and corporate. We borrow our warrior definition from Tibetan Buddhism: ‘individuals who combat the universal enemy: self-ignorance’. Warriors are heroic beings with brave minds and ethical actions. At WBP, we believe it's essential to work with clients on the 'what', the 'how' and the 'why'. We believe knowledge and education are a fundamental part of ensuring clients have a heightened chance of creating and maintaining meaningful change over the longer term. We focus on one-on-one programs as we believe these derive the best results for clients. Due to this service, we work with limited client numbers and run only three (3) blocks during the year.
